Our brownies are made in an environment where milk, eggs, wheat (gluten), soy, peanuts, and tree nuts are used. While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from traces of these allergens.

Sprinkle Allergy
Sprinkles may contain wheat, soy, dairy, and artificial food dyes (such as Red 40, Yellow 5, Blue 1).
Sprinkles are hard and could pose a choking hazard or risk of chipping a tooth. While they are pretty, we recommend removing them before eating if you have concerns.

Our brownies stay fresh for 7 days when stored in an airtight container at room temperature.
To keep the brownies fresh, we recommend not opening your package until you plan to eat the brownies.
Issues with order received
Issues with order received
You are to inspect your brownie at time of arrival and should you notice an issue with your brownies, then you are to notify us within 24 hours of receiving your brownies. Our team will be more than happy to resolve any issues.

We review all complaints and may ask you to ship back the product to receive a refund. All refunds are subject to manager review.

• Falsely represents identity: Do not misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
• Includes unauthorized personal information: Avoid sharing someone else’s private details, such as addresses or contact information, without their explicit written consent.
• Contains inappropriate or offensive material: This includes anything obscene, indecent, pornographic, or discriminatory. We also do not permit content promoting hate, violence, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, age, or sexual orientation.
• Harasses or disturbs others: Content should not upset, embarrass, or alarm individuals.
• Falsely implies our endorsement: Avoid giving the impression that the content is approved or created by us.
• Encourages illegal activities: Content should not promote or assist in any unlawful acts.

Select your shipping date—this is the date your brownies will be shipped, not when they will arrive. We ship exclusively on Mondays and Tuesdays, and delivery is expected within three business days of the selected shipping date. Additionally, please ensure that the package is not left in direct sunlight.

At Krave Brownies, we take pride in crafting high-quality, personalized brownies made to order with care and attention to detail. Our process begins well before delivery to ensure that each brownie meets your specifications and arrives fresh.
Please review our cancellation and refund guidelines below:
Orders Canceled More Than 5 Days Before Delivery Date:
For a full refund, cancellation must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled delivery date. A $5 processing fee will apply to all cancellations to cover administrative and preparation costs.
Orders Canceled Less Than 5 Days Before Delivery Date:
Non-Refundable Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our brownies and the preparation that begins days in advance, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations made less than 5 days before the delivery date. This policy helps us manage the careful planning, ingredient sourcing, and custom preparation required for each order.
Modifications: If you wish to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate modifications, but please note that changes may be limited as we approach the dispatch date.
Incorrect Shipping Address: Please confirm your shipping address carefully before placing your order, as we are unable to change the address once the order has been processed.
Issues with Order: If you encounter any issues with your order upon arrival, please email us at info@kravebrownie.com within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the product to help us address your concern.
