At Krave Brownies, we take pride in crafting high-quality, personalized brownies made to order with care and attention to detail. Our process begins well in advance of dispatch to ensure that each brownie meets your specifications and arrives fresh. Please review our cancellation and refund guidelines below:
• Cancellations: For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled dispatch date. A $5 processing fee will apply to all cancellations to cover administrative and preparation costs.
• Non-Refundable Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our brownies and the preparation that begins days in advance, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations made within 5 days of the dispatch date. This policy helps us manage the careful planning, ingredient sourcing, and custom preparation required for each order.
• Modifications: If you wish to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate modifications, but please note that changes may be limited as we approach the dispatch date.
• Incorrect Shipping Address: Please confirm your shipping address carefully before placing your order, as we are unable to change the address once the order has been processed.
• Issues with Order: If you encounter any issues with your order upon arrival, please email us at info@kravebrownie.com within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the product to help us address your concern.
