Currently, we do not offer gluten-free options, but we're exploring gluten-free options.

Edible photos are printed on high-quality, food-grade icing sheets using edible ink. Simply upload your photo, and we'll handle the rest!

Our brownies stay fresh up to 7 days when stored in an airtight container at room temperature.

To keep the brownies fresh, we recommend not opening your package until you plan to eat the brownies.

You can refrigerate the brownies, but they must to be wrapped tightly or in an airtight container.

Yes! Well, as long as you give us sufficient notice! Contact us at info@kravebrownies.co. Please include your order number.

Cancellations: For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled dispatch date.

If you have placed an order to the wrong address, please email us at info@kravebrownie.com as soon as possible so that we can correct it. If we have already sent out your order, we may not be able to help.

Please note that we are not responsible for checking you have entered your address correctly, so double check you have not made a typo!! 

Do not remove the clear wrapping upon arrival. The chocolate topping may be soft, and opening too soon could cause smudging. Instead, place the sealed package table for about 2o minutes so the chocolate firms up. Then open, serve, and enjoy!

We ship at the beginning of the week (Monday or Tuesday) with UPS 3-day shipping. Brownies are shipped in insulated mailers. In warmer months, brownies are shipped with ice packs.

Yes! We recommend you store your brownie at room temperature in a cool, shaded place. Avoid leaving them in a sunny area as the chocolate on top may begin to melt, and they will dry out quicker.
