Krave Brownies Shipping Policy

At Krave Brownies, we work hard to ensure your brownies arrive fresh and in perfect condition. However, please note that certain factors like weather and transit delays are beyond our control once your package is in the hands of carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS. As such, our shipping guidelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

If you’re ordering for a time-sensitive event, we strongly recommend placing your order early and scheduling for an earlier delivery. Many of our products can be refrigerated or frozen upon arrival to preserve their freshness.

Unforeseen Delays:

Krave Brownies cannot be held responsible for transit delays caused by high package volumes, severe weather, mechanical issues, strikes, natural disasters, safety protocols, carrier errors, or incorrect shipping information. Delivery signatures are not required, and final decisions about leaving packages are made by the individual delivery personnel.
